Dallas, TX, August 30, 2017 --( Thousands of pregnant women have been displaced by flooding caused by hurricane Harvey to the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. It’s vital that pregnant women and moms who just delivered receive adequate medical attention.

“During a natural disaster, the stress level is increased exponentially for pregnant women and new moms,” says Freya Mórani, CEO of RootMama, a perinatal support company.

RootMama is offering free pregnancy services and support to new mothers including help finding resources in DFW, help navigating insurance, help finding an OB or midwife, companionship during labor and delivery, breastfeeding assistance and diapers (as supplies last).
