Go Unmanned Selected as Flight Team at NCDOT Drone Workshop

Go Unmanned has been selected as the flight team at the N.C. Department of Transportation Drone Workshop on Thursday, October 12, 2017.

Thomasville, NC, September 27, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Go Unmanned and its partner GSC Surveying will present at the last N.C. Department of Transportation Drone Workshop in the 2017 Series. The objective of the ongoing NCDOT Drone Workshops is to educate commercial and government operators about the positive applications of UAV technology.

The all-day workshop will focus on the application of UAVs specific to Surveying, Inspection and Construction. General Contractors, Surveyors and Engineers are encouraged to attend. Earlier presentations include FAA Safety and Regulations and other industry experts. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience a live flight demo provided by Go Unmanned. Data captured from the autonomous flight will be processed on site so that attendees can learn about 3D Models, Volume Calculations and more.
