)-- Alan Cleinman, CEO and founder of Cleinman Performance Partners, is pleased to announce that Lisa Schwartz, of Oneonta, has joined the firm as Chief Excellence Officer (CXO). Ms. Schwartz brings to Team Cleinman over 20 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies where she acted in allied roles. She was a member of Merrill Lynch’s Technology Architecture Board and served in numerous senior positions including Head of Business Process Management. Prior to her tenure with Merrill Lynch, she was Head of the IT Global Business Office at Citigroup. She has led large-scale, global initiatives that reduced expenses by over $40 million and was instrumental in launching new corporate functions, such as Finance, HR, Asset Management, Technology, and Expense Management with Citigroup, Credit Suisse, and Prudential Financial.
