Kimberly Blaker, the author of the book, is a former bookseller of rare and collectible books. She had also specialized in Easton Press editions. Blaker says in her book, “What draws collectors to these books is their elegant beauty. Easton Press books are bound in high quality leather with 22kt gold stamped spines. Pages are Smyth-sewn and the page edges are gilded. Most volumes also have moiré silk endsheets and sewn-in ribbon page markers.”
During the 13 years Blaker was in business, she sold thousands of Easton Press books.
