Twelve Dover Downs Hotel & Casino Employees Graduate from 2017 Culinary Advancement Program

Dover, DE, December 14, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Dover Downs Hotel & Casino celebrated the conclusion of its 2017 Culinary Advancement Program with the graduation of 12 employees during a ceremony on Monday, Dec. 11 at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino’s Festival Buffet.

Since February, 12 Dover Downs Hotel & Casino employees who held positions varying from line cooks to dishwashers to housekeeping staff, have progressed through the company’s second annual Culinary Advancement Program.

All the graduates can now work in any of Dover Downs Hotel & Casino’s numerous food outlets.

“They have all worked hard for the last 10 months and have exceeded our expectations for this program,” said Jim Lake, Dover Downs Hotel & Casino’s Food & Beverage Director.

“It’s great to see that we are helping employees here at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino to move up within the company through this program.”
