Nashville Recording Artist Scores Big with Trop-Rock Fans in 2017

Nashville, TN, January 05, 2018 --( There is an old saying that tells us, “lightning never strikes twice in the same place.” Highway 59 Records Recording Artist, Randy Moore, is finding that hard to believe these days, for the second consecutive time in a row Moore is honored again as Radio A1A’s 2017 Trop 40 Song of the Year with his hit single “Refuge.” Last year, he was granted that honor with his 2016 trop-rocking original record, “Sunshine State of Mind” and this year he has once again, “struck lighting” with “Refuge.”

Henceforth, naming “Refuge” The Florida Keys "Official Hurricane Irma Evacuation Song."
