Abacus Jasper’s Restaurant Group Promotes Executive Chef Chris Patrick to Culinary Director

Dallas, TX, January 18, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Abacus Jasper’s Restaurant Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Chef Chris Patrick to Culinary Director. Chef Patrick has been the creative visionary for Abacus Restaurant for the past five years and was instrumental in the menu and recipe creation for White Tail Bistro, The Lounge at Abacus and Hickory, three restaurants under the company’s licensing arrangement with Paradies Lagardère at the Dallas-Fort Worth airport.

In his role as Culinary Director, Chef Patrick will be responsible for all creative and culinary aspects of the company’s brands: Abacus, Jasper’s, KR Catering and all licensed concepts. Chef Patrick will retain his position as Executive Chef at the award-winning Abacus Restaurant, where he has spearheaded the restaurant’s mission to work with local vendors to provide the freshest and highest quality produce, fruits and protein ingredients from Texas for the menu.

In 2017, Chef Patrick was selected to cook at the renowned James Beard House in New York City, an honor reserved for only the most innovative and admirable chefs in America. He has also been an active participant in various food events such as Chefs for Farmers, Yountville Live, Bubbly Q and Seats for Soldiers.
