Central Florida Full-Service General Contractor Now Under Way on Upscale q44-unit Project

Orlando, FL, January 19, 2018 --( Altamonte Springs-based Roger B. Kennedy Construction broke ground for The Lofts at South Lake, a five-story, $16 million apartment community in Clermont, Florida. Developed by Inland Atlantic Development Corp., Atlanta, the upscale 144-unit project is located at Citrus Tower Boulevard and Oakley Seaver Drive in south Lake County, near Orlando. The project was designed by ORA Architects, Raleigh, N.C., and is slated for completion in November 2018. It marks Kennedy’s third Orlando-area apartment community for Inland Atlantic over the past four years totaling nearly 500 units. Most recently, in August 2017, the firms completed The Residences at Seminole Commons, a $14 million, 175-unit community on Rinehart Road in Sanford.

The Lofts at South Lake will feature structured parking, top of the line tech amenities, a swimming pool and clubroom. This upscale apartment community is designed with the needs of the community in mind and provides a transformational residence for those who live and work in the greater Orlando area.
