Sequence Health Moves Into New Medical Call Center Facility

Atlanta-based healthcare technology and services company moves medical call center into its new 15,000-square foot facility in Cullman, Alabama.

Atlanta, GA, February 04, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Sequence Health, an Atlanta-based healthcare technology and services company, today announced it has completed transitioning its medical call center into a new 15,000-square-foot facility in Cullman, Alabama.

The process began in August 2016 when the company first announced plans to create a state-of-the-art hospital call center in Cullman’s Industrial Park III on County Road 222.

Sequence Health housed its medical call center at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville for approximately fourteen months while the new facility was constructed.

Sequence Health CEO John Richmond said his company is projecting the creation of 128 jobs for Cullman County now that the transition is complete. “We could not be more pleased with how the building turned out,” Richmond commented. “We are so appreciative of the support we’ve received from Cullman’s city leadership, the State of Alabama, Wallace State Community College, and the many other entities involved with bringing us to Cullman. Our vision is to build the best medical call center in the country, and we think that this community and this new facility give us the opportunity to do just that.”

Sequence Health’s medical call center partners with hospitals and practices across a range of specialties to improve health outcomes and the patient experience by providing a range of services, including appointment scheduling, marketing response, insurance verification, prescription refill, and nurse triage. Sequence Health’s ability to work directly within a client’s EMR or scheduling system is a real differentiator from other call center and answering services in the market.

Sequence Health also offers a cloud-based patient management platform called Sequence, that increases hospital profitability by improving patient acquisition, management and engagement.
