Prior to the completion of the Harvard Business School Executive Education program in Negotiation and Leadership, Alicia studied at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and Benedictine University. As of late, Alicia has been accepted into the Yale Global Executive Leadership Program for 2016-2017. Due to business and family obligations, attending the program had to be delayed. “Yale’s program is forward leaning and exciting for global executives,” Heiskell noted and hopes to attend in the future. Closer to home, Alicia is attending Rice University and the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business Executive Education program for Accelerated Development and Rice University Glasscock School of Continuing Studies for Effective Public Speaking.

Alicia maintains affiliations with the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). She has served as a Board Member of the Junior League of Lafayette, President of Hearts of Hope and various other boards. She is currently a member of The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce.
