Baylor University Teams Up with Fanmall

Licensed Baylor apparel finds a new home this season.

Waco, TX, February 15, 2018 --( Baylor University has reached a licensing agreement with Fanmall - the new e-commerce experience offering a wide range of college apparel products including Baylor t-shirts, Baylor sweatshirts, Baylor Hoodies, and more. The Silicon Valley apparel company will work closely with the University to enhance the online shopping experience for fans and offer Baylor apparel that proudly represents the school.

The announcement comes just in time for the start of March Madness, which kicks off on Selection Sunday, March 11th, 2018.

Chartered in 1845 by the Republic of Texas, Baylor University is both the state's oldest institution of higher learning and the world's largest Baptist University. The University is among the nation’s most popular collegiate apparel brands, featuring well-known icons such as the interlocking ‘BU’ logo and the Baylor Bear.

On December 14, 1914, the students of Baylor voted to have a bear represent the University as its mascot. In the fall of 1917, Baylor saw the arrival of the first live mascot to campus. The 107th Engineer Battalion from Fort MacArthur donated the bear to Baylor. Since, the institution has been invested in bear education and conservation. The Bill and Eva Williams Bear Habitat, home to current mascots Joy and Lady, is a popular site on campus where people can visit the North American Black Bears.
