BCMA, Credentialing Standards Board (CSB) Has Appointed 2 New Board Members

Madison, WI, March 15, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Joy Krugel and Jim Reams have been appointed to the Credentialing Standards Board (CSB) of the Business Credit Management Association (BCMA), American Society of Credit and Collection Professionals.

Joy Krugel has been employed with Johnsonville LLC for the past 31 years. Joy has worked in several roles within AR and was promoted to Credit Manager in 1996. In her role as Credit Manager Joy has a team 10 members and is responsible for Credit, Collections, Cash application, Deduction processing, Broker commission and Customer Master. Joy attended Lakeland College and UW Waukesha and is a Certified Credit Professional (CCP) and Certified Professional Collector (CPC). Active member of the National Meat Packers of America Credit group acting as 2 time Executive team Chair and 2 time Executive board member. Over the past 5 years Joy has been instrumental in implementing automation around Johnsonville’s cash posting and deduction processing which has created resource capacity while improving productivity metrics using High Radius solutions.

Joy has two college age children and in her free time she enjoys fitness, gardening, motorcycle riding, and spending time with family and friends.

Jim Reams has been employed with VF Corp (The North Face, Vans, Timberland, Reef, JanSport) for the past 8 years as their Credit Manager. Before joining VF Corp, Jim worked at Inland Power, and was with Mercury Marine for over twenty years. Mr. Reams graduated from University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a BBA in Finance.

In their role on the CSB Board, they will evaluate the business credentials, education and broad based experience of individuals who seek to become accredited professionals, up hold the professional standards of the business credit and collection profession while adhering to generally accepted credit and collection practices.
