Insurance Group of St. Charles County Acquires Insurance of Ellisville

O'Fallon, MO, May 22, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Insurance Group of St. Charles County recently purchased Insurance of Ellisville, a family owned and operated company that was founded in 2016 by owner Benjamin Moore.

Insurance Group of St. Charles County is a member of Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA), a cohesive family of over 100 independent insurance agencies in Missouri and Illinois.

Founded in 1992, Insurance Group of St. Charles County is a full-service insurance agency that specializes in personal and business insurance. The company is owned by husband and wife Ben and Rhonda Fischer. The office is located at 1049 East Terra Lane in O’Fallon, MO.

“We purchased this well-established agency because it will help us grow our business more cost-effectively,” said Insurance Group of St. Charles’ owner Ben Fischer. “We joined VIAA in 2011 and, with their help, we have continued to expand over the years.
