Savannah, GA, May 21, 2018 --(PR.com)-- HLC Hotels, a Savannah-based hotel ownership and management company, announced today it is changing the name (and domain name) of its collection of hotel properties from Bed and Breakfasts of Savannah to Historic Inns of Savannah. The name change better reflects the group’s identity as historic Savannah properties.

“When we adopted the name 'Bed and Breakfasts of Savannah' several years ago, our small properties could easily be described as Bed and Breakfast locations.” said Cindy Roberts, Corporate Director of Sales for HLC Hotels. “Now that the collection includes larger properties, like The Marshall House, we found the name did not accurately describe our group of inns.”

Historic Inns of Savannah’s properties include: The Marshall House on Broughton Street, the Eliza Thompson House on Jones Street, The Kehoe House on Habersham Street, Olde Harbour Inn on Factor’s Walk, East Bay Inn on Bay Street, and The Gastonian on Gaston Street. The properties range in size from 13-68 guest rooms, and were all built in the mid to late 1800s. Currently the properties are all ranked as top Savannah hotels on TripAdvisor, including Savannah’s #1 hotel, The Kehoe House. Recently, four of the six inns were recognized as “Best of the Best” by readers of The Savannah Morning News.
