The hackathon invites young tech fanatics across India to develop unique products and create impactful solutions to advance digital transformation for great customer experience.
The Hackathon finale will be held in Bengaluru on 16th-17th June and in New Delhi on 23rd-24th June at CoWrks, India's only large format co-working space provider. Dish-a-thon is aimed at finding solutions across diverse themes in a non-stop 30-hour open-format focusing on areas such as:
1. Prospective Lead Management System
2. Big Data Management System
3. OTT - User Generated Content Moderation
4. Video Commerce
5. Video based discovery
6. TV Sound Waves Capturing Technology Within STB / Mobile App
Dish TV is curating interesting challenges testing the technical and business skills of the participants to compete for the prize money. The 3 winning teams in New Delhi and Bengaluru will get a cash prize worth Rs. 50000, Rs. 30000 & Rs. 20000 each including potential job & business opportunities with Dish TV.

Dish-a-thon is open for the individual teams as well as startups. DishTV along with IncubateIND will be shortlisting 25 teams for a 30-hour open-format grand finale, which will be organized in Bangalore and Delhi. During the event, participants will get an opportunity to interact with industry experts and work with mentors to co-create and co-develop innovative solutions for M&E/Broadcast industry.
