Mental Eclipse Theater’s The Fall of Alice - A Wonderland of Horror for Vienna

Mental Eclipse Theater House sent the audience at Spektakel down the rabbit hole into the maelstrom of darkness and uncertainty that is Wonderland.

Vienna, Austria, June 06, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The Fall of Alice casts a pale sickly glow on Lewis Carroll’s heroine who finds shelter from her personal problems in her own mind. Abandoning the safety of her home, Alice navigates through a barren Wonderland facing harder trials and decisions the longer she goes. She is pushed in further until she’s standing on the edge. The Fall of Alice is a phantasmagoria of fear, curiosity and utter madness.

Mental Eclipse Theater welcomes its cast of characters to the Vienna stage -bejeweled by Nina-Marie Mayer in the role of Alice. Tamalynne Grant donned the signature grin of the Cheshire Cat. Method actor Jason Cloud deprived himself of food, sleep and social interactions while preparing his character at the three-day KunstMeeting installation earlier that month. Sabine Steinegger and Kerstin Wessely showed great versatility, playing multiple roles, including the grotesquely conjoined Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee.

Production Dates: May 30, June 8 - June 9, 2018 at Spektakel, Hamburgerstraße 14, 1050 Vienna
