)-- TransacXion Technologies announces a new trade finance program for the healthcare market. This new program, FlexCommerce, is designed to enable hospitals to postpone paying their bills up to 6 months. FlexCommerce creates new cash flow, increases the day cash on hand and is completely free to participating hospitals. As TransacXion Technologies is looking for five hospitals to participate in the anticipated pilot program. There is no financial cost to hospital to take part in the program.
The pilot program will concentrate on contingency staffing where participating hospitals get six months to pay for doctors, nurses and other contingent employees. The initial concentration on staffing is dictated by a relatively small expenditure per hospital and the cash flow needs of staffing agencies. The cost of setting up electronic connections with hospitals and staffing agencies will be paid by TransacXion.
The goal is to introduce the financial benefit of FlexCommerce and extend its value to other product and service categories within the hospital.
Requirements to participate in the program;
1) Credit rating of BB or better;
2) Five years or more with this credit rating;
3) A minimum of 7 years in business;
4) Be a reference for an advertising promotion if the program is to their satisfaction.
“We believe the healthcare market should benefit from the same trade financing programs available to large corporations. We are looking to participate in the improvement of the financial condition of all hospitals,” says Mr. Michel Fontaine, the CEO of Transaction Technologies Inc. “We are bringing the benefits of automation coupled with Wall Street’s deep pockets to ensure the cost of healthcare reform is not be solely borne by hospitals.”
FlexCommerce is a unique one a kind trade financing program called “Accounts Payable Monetization” to be deployed in the healthcare market.
