Los Angeles, CA, July 11, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Ten-year-old Isabella Leon is releasing her much anticipated debut single and video July 11, 2018 and it is sure to make waves among young and wise audiences alike.

Leon has always had a knack for making people dance and her new single, “Dance with Me,” will do just that. Leon started performing at the tender age of four, singing and placing in local talent shows, but is now poised and ready to break out into mainstream success.

The San Diego native sings in both English and Spanish and is described by those close to her as, “Little Selena,” because although she sings in Spanish, she does not yet know the language fluently much like the beloved Tejano singer, Selena Quintanilla-Pérez.

“Dance with Me,” is an upbeat ballad that tells the story of a young girl forced to deal with the stereotypical nature of boys vs. girls and how she wants to break out of the box and live life on her own terms. Rather than fitting into a mold, Leon wants to let other young girls learn to take ownership of what makes them unique and be unafraid to be bold.

“I hope to inspire young girls with Girl power! With hard work and determination your dreams can come true!” – Isabella Leon

The video for the single features Nicole Lemus who Leon met while singing via the Musical.ly app. Lemus was being bullied online while doing her live performance and Leon was one of the only people to offer encouragement to the young singer, defend her, and speak out against the online harassment. They formed a friendship and Leon asked her to be in the video as a tribute to girl power and the power of kindness.

Leon has also branched out into acting for film and television and has appeared in the CBS series, Life in Pieces, the feature film, The Dog Who Saved Easter opposite Beverly Mitchell and Dean Cain.

Leon is currently working on her next original song in preparation for her first album. Dance with Me is available on iTunes and Spotify and the official music video is set to premiere on July 11, 2018.

Leon is represented by Kim Matuka of Schuller Talent in Los Angeles and Jennifer Tinucci of Key Elements PR reps the multitalented songstress.
