Los Angeles, CA, July 11, 2018 --(PR.com
)-- After a year away from the sunny beaches of the West Coast, California native and singer/songwriter, Megan Winsor, announces her permanent return to the West Coast to focus on making her mark on the LA music industry.
“This past year, I have spent a majority of my time crafting my songs for my next project and improving my online reach. I thought it was about time I bring my music out of the online world and onto a stage.” - Megan Winsor
Only three weeks ago, Winsor played one of the most classic venues in Los Angeles, The Viper Room, performing all original material that will be on her next album. She performed both acoustic and giving the audience a sneak peak of the tracks she has been working on in the studio.
In August 2017, Megan released her debut single, Caught Up, and released the music video to VEVO and YouTube a couple months later.
“The whole process with Caught Up made me realize how much I enjoy creating for my fans and how much I want them to hear more of my music, which inspired me to book more shows.” - Megan Winsor
The video, which features a colorful and emotional representation of the song, reached 20,000 views within the first weeks of posting. This was following her consistent release of covers and collaborations onto YouTube, which created the platform for her to release her original music.
After her Viper Room Show, Megan announced a free show at the State Social House in West Hollywood which is happening this Thursday, July 12th, 2018, at 9pm PST. She will be playing her unreleased material and giving the audience an exclusive look into the making of her new album. For free tickets, email email@example.com.
