New Documentary by Filmmaker Jan-Willem Breure Asks the Question: Do Women Have a Higher Sex Drive?

The film reveals the secrets behind the female sex drive.

New York, NY, July 10, 2018 --(PR.com)-- For years society has concluded that males are the "aggressor"; from the early days when the men were the sole providers, they fought in wars, the protector of the family. The "male" was the dominant figure in relationships and in the bedroom. Or so we thought?

Have men have underestimated women? In the 1950’s and 1960’s men thought women should not work, their role was to stay home and raise the children, but today women are a vast number of the American workforce. For years men have thought that women could not lead, now women are in leadership positions in business and politics. For years men have thought women could not fight in wars. But now women fight alongside men in our military. For years men have thought women had a lower sex drive? Can men be proven wrong again? The vast audiences for the hit iconic film, "Fifty Shades of Grey," proves women are very curious and interested in active, healthy sex lives.

This documentary discusses what women are really looking for in a man!

Producer Jan-Willem Breure embarked on this film project after a discussion with female co-workers.

“The film was a humbling experience for me, when I first heard women suggest that they had a higher sex drive I thought it was not factual. I realized that I had to abandon my views as a man and try to view it from a female perspective. It was then that I realized that sex had many more dimensions and worth investigating through this documentary feature. Our filmmaking team is thrilled to have this film nominated for the NVVS Mediaprize,” stated Breure.

This fascinating film explores the scientific, historical, biological, and social aspects behind the female sex drive. Experts featured in the film such as historian and theologian Annine van der Meer assures us that women in the past were sexually very different than women today. Dr. Annine van der Meer is a historian, theologian, and expert symbol.

Marcia Chong a.k.a. Dr Date is a published author and dating expert. She is an owner at MCC Advies and communication consultancy company that specializes in the marketing of large brands like KPN, Circular Valley and Philips. She applied her business background to dating, allowing her clients to enhance their branding and exposure in the dating market.

Dian Biemans is an economist with a master’s degree in marketing management and bachelor’s degree in medical biology. In her work she has noticed an increase in the spending habits of women. Spending money on sex was traditionally associated with men. But with the economic rise of women, increasingly women have started spending money on their sexual desires. So much so that she began to rethink women’s sexual behavior.

Nicole Caldwell is the former Chief & Editor Playgirl and writer for publications like Martha Stewart Living, Reader’s Digest, Mother Earth News, Thrillist.

After graduating from Columbia University in Journalism, she applied to Playgirl Magazine starting as a managing editor, within a few years she worked her way up to the Chief & Editor. Together with senior editor Jessanne Collins and designer Corinne Weiner, she strove to give the publication relevance. They aspired to bring Playgirl back to its roots, back to a time when the magazine covered important social issues.

This film will enlighten, educate and entertain as you listen to multiple experts dispel many old myths. It is a documentary that will cause discussion amongst both sexes and perhaps prove that women do have the stronger sex drive.
