Jerry Conaty, CPA, RMA, CFE, PSA
Jerry has more than 15 years of professional experience servicing a diverse client base. Jerry is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Accounting and continued on to receive his Masters in Accounting and Professional Consultancy from Villanova University. His professional experience includes municipalities, school districts, utility and housing authorities, governmental agencies, construction and real estate development, H.U.D. funded projects and non-profit entities. His areas of expertise include auditing, forensic accounting and financial statement audits. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, the AICPA, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, NJ Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and holds leadership positions on the Lacey Township Republican Club. Jerry also serves on the Board of Directors of the Jersey Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross as well as on the Finance Committee of Phoenix Productions, Inc. Jerry resides in Lacey Township with his wife, Noelle, their son, Mason, and are expecting a baby girl in November.
Matthew Holman, CPA, PSA
Matt brings over 15 years of professional experience to HFA, providing auditing, consulting and internal control assistance to organizations. Matt graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a B.A. in Accounting. He serves as the Partner in Charge of Quality Control for HFA and has been at the forefront of internal quality control development. He enjoys being able to provide his clients with professional and friendly service, while continually working to help them strengthen internal control structures and meet business objectives. Matt is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the AICPA, recently receiving their certification in COSO Internal Control. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Monmouth Park Charity Fund. Matt resides in Point Pleasant and is a proud husband to his wife, Lauren and father to his three children, Lila, Cole and Luke.
