Moravian College Named to the 2019 Best 384 Colleges List by The Princeton Review

Moravian College announced that it has been named one of the Best 384 Colleges in the nation according to The Princeton Review in the newest edition of its college guide, The Best 384 Colleges.

Bethlehem, PA, August 10, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Today, Moravian College announced that it has been named one of the Best 384 Colleges in the nation according to The Princeton Review in the newest edition of its college guide, The Best 384 Colleges. Included was a 90 out of 99 Quality of Life rating for Campus Life and a 93 out of 99 Fire Safety rating.

“Of course our students, their families, and our alumni know what a special place Moravian is to go to college,” said Bryon Grigsby, president of Moravian College. “This acknowledgement from the Princeton Review is a nice way to validate those feelings, and hopefully introduce the college to some future Greyhounds in the process.”

The guide’s profile mentions that Moravian College feels like “a family” of students “pursuing their passions together,” says a music education major. “The professors are fantastic,” a biology major attests. They are “extremely good at taking complex topics and making them understandable for students of any major or background” and “they are always willing to talk to students and help them out.”

“Reading the feedback from students about our faculty makes me especially proud,” commented Cynthia Kosso, provost and dean of faculty at Moravian College. “Moravian prides itself on great student and teacher interaction, and these comments are a great testament to the relationships formed in the classroom.”

One of The Princeton Review’s most popular guides, The Best 384 Colleges rankings are based on surveys of 138,000 students at 384 top colleges that include a wide representation by region, size, selectivity and character. Published annually since 1992, the book includes detailed profiles of the colleges with rating scores in eight categories as well as ranking lists of top 20 schools in 62 categories.
