)-- Homes With Hope (HWH) recently integrated Project Return (PR) into their programs and services. During the transition, HWH reached out to TFI Envision, Inc. for their brand overview and research services to discover the equities in their current organizations and provide options for how to maintain the strengths of each organization and maximize that message to resonate with their clients, donors, staff, board and the community and reflect their values.
The TFI Envision team began by developing a comprehensive report on nonprofits with similar missions; research of successful nonprofits mergers; and brand strategy options for moving forward. TFI Envision facilitated a staff meeting as well as an online survey to donors, volunteers, community leaders, to gather their experiences and understanding of HWH and PR and their vision of success for the integration. The results were provided to Homes With Hope in a comprehensive overview report.
