Padzu Vacation Rentals Announces Partnership with Zion Village Development in Southern Utah
Vacation home management brand Padzu Vacation Homes is bringing its full service vacation rental management program to the St George, Utah area this Fall. Padzu announced that it will be the exclusive onsite management company at the newly release Zion Village vacation home development in Hurricane, Utah. Once complete Zion Village will feature 93 vacation properties from 3-6 bedrooms.

Padzu Co-Founder Ryan Dame shared the news today telling media outlets, “We are excited to expand our operations into southern Utah, the St George, Utah market with be our second market in our rapidly expanding Utah footprint.” Padzu Vacation Homes currently manages over 50 homes in the Park City, Utah area.
Zion Village Townhomes offer a new concept in resort-style living in the center of Southern Utah. A thirteen acre, 92 unit, large townhome and single family home community, with water park and clubhouse. The project is designed for both primary and investment vacation home properties. Zion Village residential community is approved for "Nightly Rental" (There are only 2 other locations in Hurricane City, that have this very popular "Nightly Rental" zoning). Padzu has been selected as the approved onsite management company and will have an onsite management office in the Zion Village development offering their management services to all Zion Village home owners and guests.

Padzu has been also announced a “Guaranteed Rent” program inside of Zion Village. This will ensure new owners a guaranteed monthly income regardless of occupancy for up to 2 years after purchase. This is a first of its kind of program in the submarket.
