Direct Selling Resources is proud to announce and welcome Tom Kelly as their new Managing Partner. Tom’s legacy of leadership and wealth of industry knowledge will be an asset to DSR’s mission. His results-oriented approach will help DSR connect companies in need of products and services with DSR-vetted suppliers. Tom’s 38 years of industry experience includes executive roles in general management, sales/marketing integration and talent development. While at Avon, he rose to Senior Vice President, where he developed and mentored global direct sales leaders and drove organizational productivity. Following this success, he served as CEO at Silpada Designs and Gold Canyon Candles. Tom is a former board member and Chair of the Direct Sales Association (DSA) and Direct Selling Education Foundation (DSEF.).
