Singer/Songwriter Steven Gilbert Returns to the Music Scene with Two New Songs, Three Albums, and a Tour

Marietta, GA, December 21, 2018 --(PR.com)-- One day after releasing his latest single, “I’m Far Too Good (at Breaking My Own Heart),” singer/songwriter Steven Gilbert performed at an invitation-only event in the Atlanta suburb of Marietta, Georgia after a two-year hiatus from the stage. The performance, entitled “Songs under the Stars,” included live debuts of two never-before released songs: “Written About Me, for You” and “Getting to Know Myself Again.” Both unreleased songs will be included on the forthcoming album entitled, “Heartwork.” The full “Songs under the Stars” setlist can be seen on the recently launched stevengilbertmusic.com.

During the event, Gilbert interspersed his bluesy rock songs with personal accounts of the loss and redemptive process that are at the heart of his ambitious album trilogy entitled “Written About Me, for You.” The first albums will be released in the spring of 2019. Until then, fans will continue to be treated to periodic releases from all three albums: “Steven,” “#drunk,” and “Heartwork.” In addition, Gilbert’s Written About Me, for You tour will kick off in the spring of 2019.
