2018 - a Year in Review with Tyrone DuBose

Los Angeles, CA, December 21, 2018 --(PR.com)-- 2018 served as a year of many accomplishments for Tyrone DuBose, a multitalented man of valor, best known for his distinguishing baritone voice from national commercials and radio; this year included numerous celebrity sightings of “the man with the voice” that has allowed fans to place a face with the renown highly sought-after voice. Having a face with the voice seem to have created a domino effect of success for this humble man.

The introduction of matching DuBose physical appearance with the voice began years ago when he became one of the most used commentators for TV One networks, “UnSung.” This year the light went off, fans began to figure out, he is “the” man. Due to an overwhelming professional schedule, DuBose contributions to “UnSung” simply consisted of award winning artist Deborah Cox and Kenny Lattimore for this season.

Tyrone knows how to make people feel good about themselves, from speaking candidly or in the role of a host, his words and delivery leaves a spark of inspiration for an entire room.

Hosting events for 2018 included his 4th year as the announcer for the Orange County California largest Black History parade, hosting comedian Luenell birthday party, the Soul Train Disco Ball awards, SAGEY fashions and variety show, which raises awareness prostate cancer, celebration for R&B sensation, Michel’le, “Three Times A Lady”, a play written by Dr. Gloria Morrow, Black Music Awards, 7th Annual Black Business Women Rock gala, HAPA (Hollywood African Prestigious Awards), Rosemary’s Babies Co., Luck Be A Lady Tonight (Cincinnati), 2018 Legends Showcase and Benefit Gala (Cincinnati) and several other events.

Sharing his journey and testimony of being a colon cancer survivor as well as an adult high school graduate has opened the door broader for him to take the stage as a motivational speaker. Although not alone, his unique journey takes audiences on a voyage of triumphs and trails that is unforgettable.

Being more open and transparent introduced DuBose to a long line of request for interviews, some of which included appearances on shows such as, Melody Trice Show, Sandra Vibrant Show, The Heart of R&B with platinum recording artist and Grammy award winning writer Steven Russell, SCORP radio, EmissyKs show, WMEL radio (Classic Soul Sundays), “What’s Happening in Daily News” with legendary actor Ernest L Thomas, Real Talk Inspiration Radio 98.7, Faces of Success Radio, I Am Not My Diagnosis with Cer Collins, and a host of others.

Of course, no good deed goes unrecognized, DuBose received awards this year for his contribution to the music industry, and his tremendous kindness to communities in California as well as for his giving back to his hometown, Cincinnati, Ohio. The awards included a humanitarian award, BMA award (America’s R&B Historian – recognized for his achievements in music award), and the UVIEW Media Lifetime Achievement award.

Amidst all his amazing works, he continues with his roles of hosting of his very own syndicated radio show, “Timeless Traxx,” his own web series “Do You Know,” contributor to Sheryl Underwood radio show, TV One award winning show, “Unsung,” as well as a celebrity contributor for Quiztory, “This Day in Quiztory.”

Already ahead of the game, DuBose is gearing up for 2019 with two huge announcements slated to be shared during the first quarter of the year.
