Atlanta, GA, March 19, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Shockingly Different Leadership (SDL) announced the launch of their search for the speaker line-up for ScaleHR 2019.

ScaleHR is the only strategy conference dedicated to scaling HR functions’ capability and capacity to support organizational growth, business transformation and the workforce of the future. The 2019 conference theme is “Reimaging Possibilities: Tactics to Tackle the Top Megatrends in HR.”

SDL, which produces ScaleHR, is now looking for a diverse group of speakers and leading topical practitioners to present at the largest HR micro-learning strategy lab event in the United States, #ScaleHR19, which returns to Atlanta, GA September 11-12, 2019. All interested speakers should be a knowledge rockstar in one of the 8 curated micro-learning strategy topics and be willing to share their expertise with ScaleHR’s super-engaged audience.

What is a Micro-learning Strategy Lab? A micro-learning strategy lab is a unique rapid-learning development format which combines the principles of micro-learning (short bursts of knowledge or insight) and innovation strategy labs (using ideation and strategic thinking to move ideas further, faster).

The 8 topics for 2019, which were curated via public survey of ideal attendees are: Diversity and inclusion, Megatrends in HR, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Legal, Vendor Engagement, Strategic Partnerships, and Technology.

The deadline for submittal is April 15, 2019. Selected speakers will be notified by the end of May and receive complementary admission for the full conference registration rate.

In order to provide #ScaleHR19 attendees with the best HR strategy lab experiences, they’re looking for 20 top notch speakers to help them inspire, motivate and problem-solve the quagmires attendees are currently facing within their respective organizations. The attendees look for sessions containing innovative practices, new data, detailed case studies, and trends within the HR industry.
