Unsolicited Press to be at the 2019 AWP Conference

Unsolicited Press, a Portland-based small press, will be attending the 2019 AWP Bookfair.

Portland, OR, March 25, 2019 --(PR.com)-- With much excitement, Unsolicited Press will be attending the 2019 AWP Conference, held from March 27-30 at the Portland Convention Center. The small press, based in Portland, Oregon, will offer discounts on frontlist and backlist titles throughout the conference.

Unsolicited Press produces award-winning poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction from writers around the world. AWP is an opportunity for readers to connect with editors, chat with authors, have books signed, and get access to books that haven’t hit the market yet.

During the conference, Unsolicited Press’s books will be on sale on their website to give readers who can’t stop by the bookfair a chance to fill their bookshelves. Books will be up to 50% off retail price. Additionally, all eBooks sold through major retailers will be either free or $0.99.

Authors Set to Sign Books
Many authors will be stopping by Unsolicited Press’s table during the 2019 AWP Conference. Some of the main authors who will be at the table ready to sign books include Lenny DellaRocca, Peter Murphy, Patricia O’Donnell, Jessica Mehta, Gary M. Almeter, Jerrod E. Bohn, Corin Reyburn, Anne Leigh Parrish, Cameron Miller, Elizabeth Vignali, and Kami Westhoff. Many of these authors will be reading around Portland also.

2019 AWP Conference Off-Site Events
2019 AWP Conference is a chance to connect with Unsolicited Press and meet authors. Unsolicited Press will hold two meet-and-greets during the conference. These informal gatherings offer readers and fans the opportunity to have a genuine conversation with writers, editors, and other members of the press. On Thursday March 28, authors and editors will be at Deschutes Brewery in the Pearl from 7PM-9PM. On Friday March 29, the team will be available at The Growler Guys (3739 SW Bond Avenue) from 6:30PM-9:30PM.
