)-- The Tek-CARE® Staff App allows staff members to receive mobile calls and notifications from residents and other devices on the Tek-CARE and facility network. With the newest software release, staff can now respond to calls directly with an audio connection. Combined with a 2-way voice-enabled Tek-CARE nurse call system, it is now easier than ever to attend to a resident's needs.
When a resident places a call from a room station, a staff member with an assigned mobile device can answer the call and speak directly to the patient, saving precious time and energy. Staff members can also make calls to the master station from the app.
After Bluetooth is enabled on a networked device, it can be paired it with a preferred wireless headset for heightened audio.
