The Living Full Out radio show, hosted by Nancy Solari, provides inspirational stories, valuable advice, and the opportunity to hear real-life scenarios experienced by every-day people. As a certified business and life coach, Nancy answers questions from callers seeking professional guidance on overcoming adversities. Nancy shows callers how to tackle their challenges head-on through effective communication, balance, mutual understanding and a positive attitude.

Nancy Solari was sixteen years old when she was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa and has experienced progressive vision loss over the years. Despite her prognosis, she was resilient in creating a vision for her future and determined to live with purpose and follow her dreams. Today, Nancy hosts the national Living Full Out show and is an inspiring example of creating a successful life through determination and positivity. Nancy believes everyone is capable of overcoming difficulties and living full out.

On this week’s episode, exonerated death row inmate Anthony Graves will discuss his experience with being wrongfully convicted and incarcerated for 18 years. In 1992, Anthony was convicted of multiple counts of homicide and spent nearly two decades behind bars, including 12 years on Texas’ death row. While still in prison, he co-founded Join Hands for Justice, a France-based activist group that led global efforts to prove his innocence. Graves’ conviction and death sentence were overturned in 2006, and he was fully exonerated and released in 2010. Since then, he has become a full-time advocate for criminal justice reform, testifying before the U.S. Senate about the harms of solitary confinement. Graves speaks widely and runs the Anthony Graves Foundation, which works to draw attention to problems within the American criminal justice system.

This week, the show is looking for callers who struggle with maintaining patience through difficult situations or are looking for techniques to remain calm and focused during frustrating times. Nancy Solari will offer advice to these callers and help listeners who may have similar questions. Listeners who want to ask a question should call in during the show 1pm-2pm CST (2-3pm EST) at the call number (800) 333-0001.
