)-- On Friday, March 15, 2019, a successful launch event was held to officially announce the rebranding of Heaven’s Café to Southern Fusion Dining. The new brand consisted of the name change with new logo, new menu, and updated décor to enhance the customers dining experience. During the event, a special tapas plate was available showcasing their southern fusion cuisine while live music by Ray Lamar was performed. Patrons were also able to meet Chef Paul Lewis, who was greeted with enthusiasm.
Located in the heart of Locust Grove, Southern Fusion Dining reinvented itself as the sophisticated, culinary destination south of Atlanta. The food served in this chic atmosphere is what you’d expect in the Atlanta Buckhead or Johns Creek areas. The new menu features creative twists with cultural flavors that excite your taste buds. All the food served at Southern Dining Fusion is fresh and prepared to order.
Patrons at the launch event had the opportunity to order a special tapas plate created specifically for the launch event. Items on the tapas plate included carrot ginger soup, fried cauliflower with Cajun sauce, fried grit cake, coconut shrimp and Teres Major steak. Other items on the menu include collard green egg rolls, stuffed pork tenderloin, and fried catfish over pepper jack grits. Chef Paul created the menu with a passion to awaken the taste buds.
Southern Fusion Dining is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday’s. New hours of operation are on Wednesday through Saturday from 7:30am to 3:30pm with extended hours on Friday until 9:00pm for dinner and Sunday they host their highly anticipated “Sunday Brunch” from 9:00am to 3:30pm.
