Bishop Timothy J. Clarke conducts annual blessing of motorcyclists.

Columbus, OH, May 03, 2019 --(PR.com)-- The return of warm weather means the thrilling sound of motorcycles on Ohio’s roadways. For members of First Church of God on Columbus’ east side, it means kicking off an annual day of prayer for riders’ safety. First Church of God’s Motorcycle (+Muscle Car) Blessing event is Sunday, May 5th and begins with worship service at 10 a.m. followed by the blessing after service from 12 pm - 1 pm. The event is free and open to the public and includes an invitation to those who own muscle cars.

“Prayer is powerful,” Bishop Timothy J. Clarke, senior pastor of First Church of God said. “It’s an act of faith, but it is also an act love and support when we pray for one another. So we invite all motorcycle and muscle car enthusiasts out to our worship service and blessing. Come as you are, leave blessed.”

The first 100 attendees will receive a free “Biker Bible” and/or keychain.
