Sarasota, FL, May 08, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Real estate broker Teresa Witte has opened Dream Star Vacation Homes & Real Estate LLC, a vacation rental management company serving the Sarasota-Bradenton area. The company also offers full real estate brokerage, property management and staging services.

Dream Star handles the range of vacation rental management for individual property owners, including marketing, reservations, guest services, housekeeping, property maintenance, accounting, and all property preparation for arriving guests. "Our commitment is to deliver the highest level of expertise and customer care for our guests and property owners," Witte said.

Many of the properties she manages are in the Lakewood National Golf Club gated community in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, featuring resort-style amenities such as championship golf, a fitness center, tennis courts, full-service spa, pool and casual poolside dining, not far from award-winning beaches.

Witte brings nearly 25 years of real estate experience, including new home sales and management, general real estate sales, vacation rentals, and agent recruitment and training. She has worked for many of Florida’s top developers, most recently as Regional Sales Manager for Prime Homebuilder in Orlando. Locally, she served as Global New Homes Sales Manager for RE/MAX Platinum Realty, which has five local offices, and as Recruiter and Manager for SWC Properties in Bradenton. She was an instructor for Bob Hogue School of Real Estate in Manatee County.

Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Witte holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in Sao Paolo, Brazil, and a second bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of South Florida in Sarasota. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
