"SUGAR LAND" Just Got Sweeter

Acclaimed novel, "Sugar Land," wins an IPPY and a VCCA Fellowship in the same week.

Portland, OR, May 11, 2019 --(PR.com)-- "SUGAR LAND," the debut novel from Tammy Lynne Stoner, which was starred in Kirkus Reviews and called “writing at its finest” by the New York Journal of Books, among other accolades, is now an Independent Publishers Book Award (IPPY) winner. The day after the IPPY announcement, Tammy received word that she was also awarded a prestigious Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA) Writers Fellowship, starting the week following the IPPY ceremony.
