ATEN Execs again Honored with CRN’s 2019 Women of the Channel List

Irvine, CA, May 22, 2019 --(PR.com)-- ATEN Technology, Inc., the technology leader and global manufacturer of KVM and Pro AV connectivity solutions, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, named ATEN North America Vice President & Business Unit Leader, Holly Garcia, and Marketing Manager, Morgan Hall, to its prestigious 2019 Women of the Channel. Both ATEN executives were included on the 2018 list; and 2019 is Holly’s 10th year being recognized.

The leaders recognized on the annual list are from all areas of the IT channel ecosystem; representing technology suppliers, distributors, solution providers, and other IT organizations. Each is recognized for her contributions to channel advocacy, channel growth and visionary leadership.

CRN editors choose the women from a multitude of channel leadership applicants and select the final honorees based on their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise, and ongoing dedication to the IT channel.

“CRN’s 2019 Women of the Channel list honors influential leaders who are accelerating channel growth through mutually-beneficial partnerships, incredible leadership, strategic vision, and unique contributions in their field,” said Bob Skelley, CEO of The Channel Company. “This accomplished group of leaders is driving channel success and we are proud to honor their achievements.”

Holly Garcia, North America Vice President & Business Unit Leader
A 23-year channel veteran, Garcia is responsible for overall strategy, growth, and profitability of ATEN's North American business, inclusive of sales, marketing, product management, and channel strategy within its value-based product portfolio. She also leads ATEN’s California and New Jersey campuses.

During her first year at the company, Garcia has been instrumental in making strides to help revamp ATEN’s go-to-market strategy and channel partner program in the U.S. and Canada. She also led the reorganization of the sales team, which included the creation of an inside sales team and redefined partner segmentation.

Garcia held tenure at Ingram Micro, joining the company in 2000 and held various roles including director of vendor management, including the Cisco and Components Business Units, executive director of sales for Ingram Micro’s Major Accounts organization, and her last role as executive director of advanced solutions, where she was responsible for the company’s data center software, infrastructure, and Dell EMC business unit.

“It is an honor to have been recognized by CRN for the tenth year in a row as a channel leader, and I am confident that we will be able to utilize my areas of expertise to help ATEN to continue to streamline its channel ecosystem and improve customer experience as well as drive towards a 100% channel model,” said Garcia.

Morgan Hall, Marketing Manager

With close to a decade of channel marketing experience, Milosevich joined ATEN Technology, Inc. in 2017 to lead marketing and ensure the company is strategically positioned in the marketplace. Previously, Morgan helped grow retail marketing revenue for New Age Electronics, a division of SYNNEX Corporation, to a record high, and over the course of her time at ATEN, the company has seen growth in sales due to new marketing implementation activities, which includes establishing relationships with customers and customizing marketing plans based on their needs to promote growth.

“Working with Holly over the last year, we have been able to capitalize on her vast channel and distribution experience as well as integrating our collective ideas in order to accomplish ATEN’s main goals for our channel and go-to-market strategies. These efforts have put ATEN on the path to solidifying our channel marketing strategy, in order to allow the channel to become our biggest contributor, ultimately helping further ATEN’s market reach and global expansion within the connectivity and management solutions space,” said Hall.

The 2019 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
