)-- New Pacific Consulting conducts bi-weekly surveys with an executive poll comprised of leaders from multi-national companies operating in China. This week’s survey sample is made up of China-based leaders of 50 Multi-National companies.
The objective of this week's survey was to gauge the level of proactive sell-side M&A in China. The results clearly demonstrated a trend of increased seller initiated pitches and the expanded significance of intermediaries.
