Walmart Awards, Combat Female Veterans Families United a $1,000.00 Grant for Their Sheroes2Fitness Program

Greensboro, NC, July 27, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Combat Female Veteran Families United was selected for a Community Grant of $1,000.00 on July 1st 2019 for the Sheroes2Fitness Program. The grant will be used to fund the new initiative that supports approved Greensboro female veteran’s annual fitness membership.

CFVF United is physically located here in Greensboro, North Carolina. As such, we are the first and only all-female veteran organization located in Guilford County. Being founded and chiefly-operated by Combat Female Veterans, representing all military branches, we have a unique understanding of the specific trials faced by Combat Female Veterans as they transition home, and we are uniquely positioned to serve and support this population – our sisters in arms.
