)-- The American Association of Naturopathic Physicians will be holding their annual conference at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland August 15-17. This year marks 100 years of Naturopathic Licensure in the United States. Attendees are invited to “celebrate the past, present & future of naturopathic medicine” while attending the conference. About 800 practitioners and over one hundred and eleven vendors will be in attendance for the 100 year celebration in Portland, making this the largest gathering of naturopaths in the world.
The AANP leadership stated, "Attendees come to the AANP Annual Convention each year to hear from authoritative voices and learn from pioneers who deliver world-class professional development experiences. They engage with sponsors and exhibitors to sample the latest industry products and services. Not only that, the daily events, such as the vendor showcase, breakfast sessions, and evening receptions provide high-level networking and social opportunities."
Some of the guest speakers include Dr. Nick Buratovich, ND, Dr. Tyna Moore, ND, DC, and Dr. Andre Saine, ND, who will cover a large variety of topics, including physical manipulation techniques and naturopathic soft tissue injections. This is a great opportunity for health professionals to participate in training, as well as engage in professional networking. The AANP offers registration to healthcare professionals and students, online at the link below: https://www.naturopathic.org/ev_calendar_day.asp?date=&eventid=128.
Samantha Edwards, the Operations Manager at Rebel Herbs, was quoted as saying, “The AANP annual conference is one of our favorite events of the year. Naturopathic physicians from around the globe gather to share and learn from one another and with it being the 100 year celebration of naturopathic licensure in the United States, we are doubly excited. Our executive team will be on site to demonstrate and discuss our unique herbal formulas and amazing delivery systems.” She went on to say that, “The response in past years has been fantastic and we anticipate the buzz surrounding our fast acting herbal vapors, unique herbal powder extracts and encapsulated herbal products will translate into even higher traffic at our booth this year.”
Rebel Herbs will be demonstrating their unique dual extracted herbal extract powders at booth #74. The company claims that these broad spectrum highly concentrated extracts allow patients to make herbal supplementation a lifestyle change. The powders are blended into smoothies, water (hot or cold), or other beverages or foods for a powerful and versatile option. The company will also be demonstrating their herbal vapors as an inhalable form of the herbal blends they offer. These vapors have no nicotine, no CBD, no vegetable glycerine, no propylene glycol, no chemicals, no synthetics, just pure plant extracts. Rebel Herbs will be represented at this event by the CEO Jason Edwards, Chairman of the Board Girish Soman, COO Tena Edwards and Advisory Board Member Dr. Juliette Sweet, ND, MSAyu/Naturopathic Advisor.
