Loveforce International Inks Administrative Publishing, SR and Intellectual Property Rights Management Deal with Independent Blues Artist Honey Davis

Loveforce International Inks an Administrative Publishing, SR and Intellectual Property Rights Management Deal with Independent Blues Recording Artist Honey Davis.

Santa Clarita, CA, September 04, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Loveforce International and Affiliated Independent Recording Creators Organization (A.I.R.C.O.) are proud to jointly announce the signing of Blues-Rock Recording Artist Honey Davis. Mr. Davis is signed to an exclusive Administrative Publishing, Master Rights Administration and Intellectual Property Management deal. The deal will cover Davis' entire catalog of over 100 masters and compositions.

“This deal will allow Mr. Davis to continue to collect the lion’s share of his song publishing and Sound Recording (SR) revenues and help insure he gets his Featured Artist revenues as well,” said A.I.R.C.O. CEO, Mark Wilkins.

Most of Davis’ recordings have been released on 8-10 separate LPs and CDs. Most of his releases are in the Blues and Rock music genres but also include some Trance music. Most of Davis’ music was released before the downloading era. Due to a lack of distribution most of his music was unavailable to the public despite good airplay and reviews.

Davis penned several classic compositions in three different genres. Davis’ penned compositions include Blues classics “Prince of The Blues,” “Small Apartment” and “Curb Service.” Davis Penned Rock Classics include “Too Many People” and “Jessica.” Davis also has one Trance classic “Don’t Cry.” These classics are included in the deal as is previously unreleased material and any new material Davis creates in the future.

Most of the material will be released on Davis’ Life and Death Records but some will be released on Loveforce International Records. A Davis penned book released by Loveforce International’s book publishing division will also be included in the deal. This deal is possible because Davis has always independently published and released his own material has been savvy enough to able to hold onto his publishing and SR rights.

“Our deal with Mr. Davis will allow him to focus on creating while we handle his publishing and SR Rights administration, insure he is properly registered with appropriate companies to protect his intellectual property and increase his revenue streams. We will also assist A.I.R.C.O.’s distribution & promotion assistance,” said Loveforce International’s President, Mark Thomas.

The deal with Davis is very typical and is based on a deal between Loveforce International and A.I.R.C.O. inked last fall. In a typical Loveforce International / A.I.R.C.O. joint deal, Loveforce handles the administrative side of the intellectual property of an independent Songwriter Artist, works with the artist to create a book for sale to the public, and issues the ISRC’s for any material that doesn’t have an ISRC. A.I.R.C.O. handles Promotion and distribution assistance and issues UPC Bar Codes for merchandise.

Davis is primarily known as a Blues artist and is one of only a handful of white Blues artists recognized and accepted by Blues greats and aficionados alike. He has shared the stage with Blues greats Charles Brown, Buddy Guy, Jimmy McCracklin, Vernon Garret and Smokey Wilson. Davis has also been involved with the independent Rock music scene having played with Robin Trower, The Mentors, Hammerhawk, Electric Peace and fronting his own Rock band Hollyrock.

Loveforce International is a publishing and Rightsholder-based management, media and consumer goods company. It provides Intellectual Property Management, and publishes and manufactures books, music and films both for promotional purposes and for sale to consumers.

Affilitated Independent Recording Creators Organization (A.I.R.C.O.) is a service organization which assists member independent recording creators in obtaining intellectual property management, promotional assistance and obtaining non-corporate UPC bar codes for physical merchandise they want made available for sale to the public.
