Myabetic Acquires Poppy Medical

Adding a new category to the growing diabetes lifestyle brand.

Santa Monica, CA, September 09, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Myabetic, a global diabetes lifestyle brand, has completed an acquisition of industry peer Poppy Medical. The acquisition adds a jewelry line to Myabetic’s existing product assortment of diabetes cases, bags, and accessories and brings a new audience to the Myabetic brand.

Kyrra Richards, founder and Creative Director at Myabetic said, “I am excited about our acquisition of Poppy Medical. We had been looking to add a jewelry line to our product assortment, and when we met with Sarah, founder of Poppy Medical, we immediately knew that Poppy would be the perfect addition to our company. Not only do the bracelets fit beautifully into our product line, but Poppy’s mission aligns with our own: controlling health with personal style.”

Sarah Harmon, founder of Poppy Medical, said, “I have always felt that important medical accessories should be for the whole person, not just their medical condition. When I first met Kyrra, I found someone who understood how I felt. Seeing the Myabetic product line proves that you do not have to compromise style while living with a medical condition. I am excited to see Poppy grow within Myabetic’s product line, mission, and team of strong women.”

Together Kyrra and Sarah have created an image that they are proud of and both strive to give the same opportunity to other individuals living with diabetes. Collectively, Myabetic and Poppy have tens of thousands of customers who control their diabetes with style.
