St. Petersburg Endodontics Offers Pumpkin Spice Root Canal Treatment for Fall

Saint Petersburg, FL, September 13, 2019 --(PR.com)-- St. Petersburg Endodontics plans on offering a pumpkin spice flavored root canal treatment for the fall season. The flavored part of the root canal is in the numbing topical that is applied to the gum before the anesthetic injection.

"We provide root canal treatments to our patients and quality care is of utmost importance to our doctors and staff, but we like to have fun too. That’s why we all decided to jump on the silly (but tasty) pumpkin spice bandwagon to offer our patients something unique and lighten the mood. Root canals don’t have to be boring or scary," says Dr. Randall Hedrick.

The St. Petersburg Endodontics team realized that you can get just about anything pumpkin spice flavored, so why not root canals? Interestingly enough, the topical anesthetic really does come in that flavor, so the tradition is born. Depending on how the pumpkin spice flavor is received by patients, they are considering offering gingerbread for Christmas, marshmallow for Easter and Key Lime for summer.

“At the end of the day, it’s all about our patients. If we can do one little thing to put a smile on their face or give them a chuckle, we are more than happy to do it,” says office manager, Missy Zeni.
