Christy Johnson to Receive Outstanding Female Singer Songwriter Award

Las Vegas F.A.M.E. Awards to be held November 13, 2019

Las Vegas, NV, November 07, 2019 --( The Producers Choice Honors Legends Series Event has selected Christy Johnson to receive the accolade for “Outstanding Female Singer Songwriter” at the 2019 Las Vegas F.A.M.E. Awards. The event will be held on November 13, 2019 at Club Madrid in the Sunset Station Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Christy Johnson is an up-and-coming triple threat in the film, stage, and music industries. Most notably, she has been the vocalist of the nationally touring melodic hard rock band, Dreamkiller, since 2004. Through that endeavor she toured the U.S. and Canada and has been recognized with numerous awards, including Los Angeles Music Awards National Female Vocal Performer of The Year and International Music & Entertainment Awards Rock Female Vocalist of The Year. Additionally, she has received song placement in a multitude of award winning feature films. Her most notable film roles include “Dottie” in “Tobe Hooper’s Mortuary” “Faith” in “The Gospel According To Booze, Bullets & Hot Pink Jesus,” “Lucifer,” in “Hatchet County” and “Loraine” in “Orbs: They Are Among Us.” Look for her in upcoming releases as “Judy Hartley” in “Night of The Living Dead: Genesis,” “Brie Kelly” in “Beneath The Old Dark House” and “Scary Carrie Carmichael” in the much anticipated feature film “Ghost Trek” (currently in pre-production). Some of Christy’s other accomplishments include earning a Master’s degree in Acting, National gold medals in Karate, Quad Speed Skating and Inline Speed Skating as well as being crowned Miss Greensboro. Her brand new solo music is unveiling a compelling level of depth to Christy’s well-rounded aptitude in songwriting and vocal ability. “Shadows of My Soul” and “The Devil’s Den” are her debut releases with much more music on the way.

The Producers Choice Honors Red Carpet International Press Event provides public and media recognition to numerous forms of entertainment and business achievement as well as influence within the newly emerging counter culture. This red carpet press event is the creation of legendary Hollywood producer Al Bowman. For 25 years, from 1991 until 2015, Al was the executive producer of the both the Los Angeles Music Awards and the Hollywood F.A.M.E. Awards. In 2016, Al helped produce the Rocks Godz Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at Hard Rock Live on the Las Vegas Strip.
