Southern Arizona Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center Presents "Pet Care Symposium"

Tucson, AZ, April 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Southern Arizona Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center is proud to announce a Pet Health Symposium. This event benefiting H.O.P.E and S.A.F.E will be a fun and exciting afternoon filled with information, prizes and great food.

This event will be held May 24th from 10-2 at the Sheraton Hotel on Grant between Swan and Craycroft. The event is open to the public and the veterinary community. Their specialists will be speaking on particular topics throughout the day pertaining to pet care and education. They also at this time will be launching information about their new blood bank here at the hospital and recruiting potential blood donors as well. There will be a small admission fee, $20.00, to attend the symposium with all proceeds being donated to H.O.P.E and S.A.F.E.

S.A.F.E. Saving Animals From Euthanasia is a non profit organization committed to developing a comprehensive, community-based resolution to the euthanasia of adoptable companion animals.

H.O.P.E. Animal Shelter is a no-kill, cage-free haven for abandoned dogs and cats awaiting adoption.
