O’Guin Decorative Arts to Display "Green" Building Products at ASID Expo

Naples, FL, May 02, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Christopher O’Guin, Vice President of Product Development for O’Guin Decorative Arts in Naples, announced that the company will display their products at the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) West Coast Product Expo and Mini Conference on Thursday, May 15.

The event will be held at the International Design Center in Estero, Florida from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and is open to local designers and trades people only.

The company’s booth (#B-24) will feature “green” building materials that are environmentally friendly, including the new “Décor Ice” wall surfacing material, which is composed of recycled safety glass beads and metallic pigments. Designers have referred to the product as “bling for your walls.”

Other products to be highlighted at the O’Guin booth come from the Japanese Wall, a producer of natural wall coverings that are available in a wide variety of colors and patterns that invoke nature. The coverings are non-toxic, and are composed of natural materials such as earth, clay, natural stone chips and straw. These durable wall coverings offer a “green” alternative to paint, wallpaper, or stucco, are easy to maintain, and are popular all over the world. Plus, natural Italian plaster -Spatula Stuhhi will be highlighted.
