Rocky Top Hospitality Announces Seafood Cooking Class

Raleigh, NC, May 14, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that the restaurant will host a seafood cooking class at Red Room Tapas Lounge, located at 510 S. Glenwood Ave. from noon–2 p.m. on Saturday, June 14. The class will teach attendees how to prepare three easy shrimp recipes, salmon and scallops and sushi grade tuna. Attendees will also learn about great seafood wines and tips for buying seafood from local grocers and local fish markets. Each participant will receive a take home bag that will include dinner for two, wine and recipes. The cost of the class is $75 per person, and 10 percent of all proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association.
