Go2Group’s CRM Plugin is the secure way to seamlessly exchange crucial information between development and sales teams using industry-best solutions. The CRM Plugin displays salesforce.com customer data in a JIRA ticket and JIRA issues in a salesforce.com screen, sharing timely knowledge between two otherwise disparate teams.

Key points to the updated release include support for multiple Salesforce issues linking to a single JIRA issue, replication prevention of attachment from JIRA to Salesforce, and Salesforce fields are now updated when a JIRA issue is created or updated. In addition, this update includes bug fixes for recently logged issues and additional improvements to the CRM Plugin.
