About the Author: The author, Linda M.S. Enos was born in Seoul Korea. She was adopted by her paternal aunt and her husband, an American soldier of the 25th Infantry stationed in Seoul. Mrs. Enos is the daughter of the now infamous "Linda momma" who once ran the busiest little champagne bar in Honolulu. Mrs. Enos acquired first hand knowledge of the Korean bar business when she worked at "5th Avenue Lounge," "Evergreen Lounge" as a bartendress then at "King’s Palace" as a floor manager.
