Veewow’s Standalone Player Goes Live

Chester, United Kingdom, May 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Veewow has launched it’s first standalone player which gives users more control on how they watch and listen to their playlists.

Veewow is a free to use service that allows users to create and share video playlists from YouTube.

The standalone player runs in it’s own browser window. It is fully scalable and has the option to show or hide the video. Included in the standalone player are all the user’s playlist tracks and related video links.

Dr Matthew Ryan, Veewow’s founder, said, “The Veewow standalone player gives users a background player for YouTube videos. This is great for watching a collection of video clips or as a background music player whilst working or browsing the Internet.”

There are now over 100 million videos watched every day on YouTube. Veewow is allowing users to view the best of these and build playlists around their favorite video and music clips.

Veewow’s rapid expansion plan will see further features and services added throughout the year.

The site is live at www.veewow.com
