Vision Media Announces Production of New Segment on “Wastewater Remediation” as Part of their “Environmental Report” Television Program

Major Advances in Technology Enable Remarkably Effective Wastewater Clean-Up.

Deerfield Beach, FL, April 06, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Vision Media announced today the production of a new segment focused on the subject matter of Wastewater Remediation as part of the “Environmental Report” series.  “The Environmental Report program takes a good, hard look at some of the serious environmental problems that have always been an unwanted byproduct of progress,” explained Duane Merchant.  “The difference is, we can now anticipate what many of these problems might be, and new technologies that are being developed, or are even already on the market can go a long way in solving these problems” he added.

There will be several topics addressed on the series as a whole, and distinct programs will be distributed to public television, covering a wide spectrum of areas, such as Renewable Resources, Eco-Friendly Transportation, Creative Recycling, Industrial Cleanup, and Waste-to-Energy.

“The Wastewater Remediation segment will certainly create some excitement” explained Merchant.  He added, “There is no question that there is now a heightened awareness and sensitivity to industrial cleanup issues and challenges that now faces us.  Technologies like the organic solution featured in our program demonstrate enormous creativity in the laboratory, and serious commitment from the corporate sector to solve these problems.”

Environmental Report is an issue-oriented, educational program, and is independently produced and distributed by Vision Media directly to public television stations in all 50 states.  Environmental Report strictly follows the standards and practices of public television.
